This clean-in-place service is a service we provide for customers with a preventative maintenance program. If your heat exchanger hasn’t been cleaned for a number of years or has prematurely contaminated, a full service cleaning and regasketing is necessary. Once the heat exchanger has been cleaned or is newer (less than 2 years), we can flush the heat exchanger with a mild acid, not to harsh for the rubber gaskets, and have you up and running in the same day.
